Key points to keep in mind:

1. In line with landlord preferences, personalised enquiries with a full set of details (e.g. name, address, phone number) will receive preferential treatment.
2. All prices are quoted without utilities (e.g. heating, water, property management).
3. The keys will be handed over upon signing of the contract and payment of the deposit.
4. Unless stated otherwise, all properties are available with immediate effect and can only be reserved upon payment of a security/deposit.
5. Unless otherwise agreed, our rates are as stipulated by the Bolzano/Bozen Chamber of Commerce.
