You should:

• have a high school diploma and professional experience;
• ideally be in possession of a driver's license (B);
• have a very good knowledge of German and Italian;
• be confident in the use of PCs and programs (e.g. MS-Office);
• not be afraid to learn how to use simple administrative software and apps;
• be convincing, both in personal contact and on the phone, with a confident manner and clear expression;
• work independently, conscientiously and in a structured manner, pursue discretion as a basic principle.
